Goods and or services on the web sites are offered on the understanding that the buyer/participant has legal right to the method of payment. The owner of the web sites has unreserved right to refuse sale of any goods or services, if in the opinion of the owner the payee does not have legal ownership of the payment method or is deemed to be under the legal age to avail themselves of the said goods and services. Goods and services may be changed or removed without warning. If the owner cancels an order it will be without charge to you.
Delivery
I aim to start the process of delivery of goods and services within 24 hours of confirmation of receipt of payment or by arrangement with the payee if the former is not viable. Delivery will be made by suitable method dependant on the goods/services. These methods include but are not limited to: Postage by Royal Mail, Email, In person, Download, Streaming media, Internet Messenger chat client. Deliveries of tangible goods are to United Kingdom ONLY.
Payment
Payment is to be made by one of the methods displayed within the website. No cheques, checks or money orders will be accepted under any circumstances. Until payment is confirmed as being received in full, no goods or services will be despatched, nor will any agreement be reached. Any and all orders for goods and services are accepted on the understanding that if you cancel after payment has been made, a 50% service charge will be retained. Payments made by any cuurency other than pounds sterling will be converted into GBP at source by the payment gateway providers employed by the websites.
Refunds
Refunds in respect of goods will be given provided that those goods do not meet the description given, are returned with their original packaging, are returned in the same condition as when received and are returned within 7 days of despatch. All returns must be sent using 'signed for' delivery. The owner strongly advises that you use a traceable method of deliery. Confirmation of return will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the goods. Postal charges in all cases are the responsibility of the buyer. Any goods or services purchased through mistresslana.co.uk should be reurned to the respective provider of said goods.
Privacy
Your personal financial details will not be released to any thrid parties unless they are directly involved in a payment dispute. The contents of any correspondence with you by electronic means will be remain private and not be released to any third party unless by your wriiten permission. Information collected by the owner about you by other means will not be passed on without your written permission.
Conduct
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

Financial Dispute, Fraud Prevention and Safeguards
The owner will do everything within their power to ensure that goods/services provided by the websites comply with their description. Fraud prevention measures are provided by the third party payment gateways used on the websites, namely, Epoch, Paypal, Alertpay and ChipIn. Any chargebacks or disputes arising over payment/s will be handled by the appropriate payment gateway. The owner is quite happy to release detailed information pertaining to the dispute to all parties involved. I have taken measures to ensure that any data passed to me is done through secure channels. The site is protected by Site Lock and their logo is displayed on every page throughout the site as proof. As you will see from the logo, the new mistresslana.co.uk site has been secure since its inception in July 2010 and is verified on a daily basis.
